i set out for a pair of rain boots after the first couple hard rains dogged my shoes out. Mitch's recommendation and the choice of the city seems to be Hunter, but i wanted to spend $20, not $120. i save my big money for real shoes, not those meant for puddles and made of rubber. i got lucky at Burlington Coat Factory, which i would not normally set foot into. these grey & yellow gems were $19.99. i came in a penny under budget! off to work with my Frye black boots packed safely in my tote bag.
